摘要
The paper deals with current trends that are influencing human resource management in organizations. In order to be successful in the era of globalization, it is of vital importance to know these trends, accept and understand them. The article discusses changing requirements on employees' skills, the importance of managing talent within an organization, as well as the need for effective performance management, the problem of aging workforce, and other challenges organizations must face in current environment.
