Influence of Electric Arc on the High-Voltage System

摘要
The increasing of safeness and reliability of high-voltage system at self-consumption electrical industry or manufacturing plant is principal purpose of project with using decision analysis. The decision analysis is created with support of mathematical modeling, at the concrete, with mathematical modeling in EMTP-ATP. The decision about method of system running will be performed by virtue of important factors of decision analysis. Level of importance is attributed to individual factors. The decision about method of system running will be possible to realized by virtue of mentioned decision analysis and thereby contribute to increasing of safeness and reliability of high-voltage system running. The analysis of voltage and current conditions (or more precisely power flow analysis) is integral part of a composition protection's system, dimensioning of individual's devices as well as planning expansion. This analysis is important to executing for variety of running and fault states, for any electrical or industrial running and last but not least, for any voltage's level. Most of high-voltage systems at a self-consumption electrical industry are operated with insulated or indirectly grounded by Peterson's reactor (shunt reactor) in the Czech Republic. The grounding system by resistor is common in desulphurization switching stations. Any alternate of system's running has own specifications and own pro-and-con. Any alternate of system is acceptable for specific electrical or industrial running. It is impossible decide about one's alternate of system's running that this is acceptable for all cases with using decision analysis. Results from measuring 1pole earth fault with electric arc character will be described in this paper. The measuring of 1 pole earth fault was realized at high-voltage system of block self-consumption Power Station Detmarovice. Factors of decision analysis as an over-voltage, amplitude of earth current for high-ohm and electric arc fault were determined.
