It is important for us to have a well technological resource sharing system to support our research and development activities. People are used to obtaining information by search engine. However, the information is more and more diverse and complex. Especially in technological resource area, the keywords are very professional and complex. The traditional search engine based on keywords retrieval is low query precision and lack of understanding users' query intention, resulting in "Information Confusion" phenomenon. To solve such problem, this paper researched on the technological resource search engine based on ontology. It can improve the precision and efficiency of search results by semantic analysis, and satisfy users' query demands at the same time.
