Analysis and Verification of three-way Gysel Power Divider with Arbitrary Power-Dividing Ratio

摘要
In this paper, the topology of three-way unequal Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio is analyzed by using node voltage and current method. Complete design equations are firstly available for designing three-way unequal Gysel power dividers. To verify our theory, a power divider with power dividing ratio 1:2:3 is designed, fabricated and measured. The measured 20 dB bandwidth of return losses is about 11.3% while the isolation of the output ports is 21 dB, showing excellent agreement with simulated results. The measured amplitude distributions are also consistent with expected values.
