摘要
A series of 2-amino-4-aryl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile derivatives (4a similar to 4g) were prepared by using 1,3-cyclohexanedione, aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in anhydrous alcohol under microwave irradiation without catalyst. Compared with conventional heating method, the method of microwave irradiation possesses advantages including short time, high yield and environmental friendliness, etc. The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR, H-1 NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
