摘要：

Paper characterizes the results of research focused on service quality after termination transportation by railway freight transport. Importance of these services completes final services quality and often it has decisive importance in considering the customer on the future use of railway transport. At the part of the research were defined quality characters, processes filling the customer demands and output quality assessment. In the contribution is introduced partial output of the research which is the map of quality planning and algorithm of applied methodology.
