摘要:
There exists no computer superior to human brains. Neumann type computers never transcend human brains. The reason is that a human brain possesses ten thousand of fan-outs for one logic element, enabling parallel process through a concept of pattern processing (image and speech) recognition. Imagination and philosophy are created from this processing. However, a Neumann type computer can work as an assistant of a man of ability. This type of era is around the corner. To realize this, ideal state of electronic packaging technology has been summarized from the viewpoint of the entire system.
