摘要
Nowadays, with China is undergoing the period of social transition, a variety of public crisis incidences occur frequently. How to deal with public crisis and implement so-called public crisis management becomes a major issue that our government must face. One of the cores of public crisis management is to make effective crisis communication. As a bridge between the government and the public, media plays an important role in the government public crisis management. A key element of the government public crisis management is effective communication and cooperation between the government and the media. However, in reality, due to the misconduct relation of the government and the media, the crisis can not be handled promptly and properly, and even exacerbate the crisis. This paper begins with the introduction of public crisis management theory. Then, it discusses the relationship between the government and the media in public crisis management, and analyzes the existing problems between them in public crisis communication. Finally, it proposes some measures about constructing positive linkage mechanism between our government and media to connect their cooperation to resolve the public crisis.
