摘要
This paper reports the temperature-dependent phase-matching properties of 1.3mol% MgO doped stoichiometric LiNbO3 (1.3mol% MgO:SLN) together with the new Sellmeier equations, which reproduce well our experimental results for the birefringent phase-matching data for second-harmonic generation (SHG) and sum-frequency generation (SFG) in the 0.41-2.03 mu m range. It was found that a set of our index formula are useful for predicting the temperature-dependent phase-matching conditions of 1.3mol% MgO: SLN coupled with the thermo-optic dispersion formula for a 5mol% MgO doped congruent LiNbO3 (MgO:CLN) published in our papers. In addition, the temperature-tuned 90 degrees phase-matched SHG and SFG in the undoped stoichiometric LiNbO3 fabricated by vapor transport equilibration (VTE:SLN) are also presented.
