We present three spectra of the zodiacal light observed in mid-infrared wavelength region with Infrared Camera (MC) on board AKARI The IRC spectra (5.5-12.5 mu m) show an excess emission feature in 9-11 mu m which can be reasonably accounted for by a combination of amorphous and crystalline silicate. The MC observation suggests the presence of crystalline silicate features (9.3 and 11.35 mu m) in the zodiacal light spectrum, indicating that pyroxene-rich anhydrous chondritic porous interplanetary dust particle-like dust may be one of major sources for the small (< 10 mu m) interplanetary dust particles.
