摘要
The paper deals with the manufacture of a potentiometric biosensor for glucose based on a SnO2 redox electrode. The enzyme membrane is cellulose acetate with glucose oxidase and peroxidase physically immobilized. The optimum conditions for obtaining the SnO2 film and the enzymes immobilization were established using several measurement techniques: electric resistance in four points, impedance spectroscopy, direct potentiometry and cyclic voltammetry. The functional characteristics of the biosensor were tested by direct potentiometry. The biosensor was used for the determination of glucose in meat samples. The results were compared with those obtained by the Bertrand method.
