Electrical and optical studies on metal-free phthalocyanine thin films

摘要
The electrical and optical properties of metal-free phthalocyanine thin films deposited at different substrate temperatures were analyzed. Variation of activation energy with thickness for H2Pc thin films deposited at room temperature and tranmission spectrum of thin film thickness was investigated. The activation energy for conduction of thin films decreased as the thickness of the film and substrate tempertaure were increased. The optical band gap was affected by varying the substrate temperature.
