摘要
A novel visible-light-driven photocatalyst Nd2InNbO7 was prepared by solid-state reaction. The optical band gap of Nd2InNbO7 was determined to be 2.68 eV. Under visible-light irradiation, the photocatalytic activity for water splitting H-2 evolution over Nd2InNbO7 was higher than that over Nd2Zr2O7. The higher photocatalytic activity of Nd2InNbO7 was ascribed to its conduction band nature, and the higher level of lattice distortion.
