摘要:
The object of this paper is to give some notions about Quartz Crystal Resonators (QCR) and its application in chemical sensor development. Two kinds of QCR are mainly investigated. One is the bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonator; the other is the surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator. Even though W. H. King has long described the use of the former one as a chemical sensor in 1964 there are also some important features to be analyzed both theoretically and experimentally. On the other hand, the development of SAW sensors seems to be still in its early stages.
