Production potential and economics of baby corn (Zea mays) and cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) intercropping as influenced by different row ratios under organic farming condition
The experiment on intercropping of baby corn and cowpea in the row ratio of 1:1 recorded higher total baby corn yield, net return and benefit : cost ratio over other treatments. The maximum land-equivalent ratio (LER 1.51) was recorded from baby corn + cowpea (1:1) additive series intercropping system.
