摘要
Approaches to regional development based on competitiveness are lacking in efficiency of policy interventions. Such inefficiency is invoked by trade-off between two main targets of the contemporary regional policies, notably regional equalities and economical growth being presented as. The purpose of this paper is to search out the new way of reaching the compromise between equity and economical extremes of the regional policy. The resonance strategic approach is suggested to improve policy making process. The resonance principal is focused on the cooperative development of the NUTS 2 regions leading to reduce economic disparities and weaknesses of the NUTS 1 regions, thereby making the territory of a country more uniform. Regional responses to the congruent policy interventions based on the resonance principal are going to be more synergetic and more effective with respect to competitiveness increase of the including them territories such as NUTS 1 regions.
