The cage complex [Pd(2)9(4)](4+)(3 ') bindsn-octyl glycosides in DCM/DMSO (9 : 1) solution withK(a)approximate to 51 M(-1)forn-Oct-beta-d-Glc andK(a)approximate to 29 M(-1)forn-Oct-beta-d-Gal.
