摘要
Purpose to discuss the relations between mental elasticity and mental health of civil servants in Tangshan. Method a survey is made by adopting the Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA)) and Common Healthy Questionnaire (CHQ-12) on the 702 civil servants in Tangshan. Results (1) the overall situation of mental elasticity for the civil servants in Tangshan is good and the good ratio of total scores is 68.67%. (2) the overall mental health status quo of the civil servants in Tangshan is not optimistic. There are 30.20% of the objects whose total score of mental health is larger than the best dividing line and the proportion is quite low whose rest score of each dimension is larger than the best dividing line. (3) a significant positive correlation exists between the scores of mental elasticity and mental health of Tangshan civil servants (r=0.231, P<0.01), where the correlation between social resources and mental health is the largest (r=0.336, P<0.01). Conclusion: the stronger the mental elasticity of Tangshan civil servants is, the higher their mental health level is, where the social resource has the largest influence on the mental health level of civil servants.
