摘要
This paper starts with the characteristics and classification of strategic alliances of enterprise technological innovation, discusses the actuality of technological innovation of Chinese automobile manufacturing companies and the significance of establishing strategic alliances of technological innovation in China's automobile manufacturing companies. It then introduces how international automobile MNC such as Ford Corporation from the US and Toyota Corporation from Japan have successfully built their respective technological-innovation strategic alliances with a number of partners and even competitors since 1990s. Finally, based on such experience and circumstances in China's automobile industry, the paper proposes possible countermeasures for the construction of such alliances in China, including changes in concepts of technological-innovation strategic alliances from the conventional "competition-or-cooperation" practices to the more practical "competition-and-cooperation" ideology, unity with international automobile MNC technological-innovation strategic alliances and acquisition of "Spillover Effect" of international MNC technologies, adoption of opening-up strategy and expansion of technological-innovation strategic alliances, and establishment of win-win technological-innovation strategic alliances among domestic automobile companies, etc.
