摘要
Two new compounds (1) and (2) were obtained from the roots and rhizomes of Trillium tschonoskii, and their structures were identified as (2,3-S-trans,10R,6E)-7,11-dimethyl-3-methylene-1,6-dodecadien-10,11-diol 10-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and (23S,24S,25S)-spirost-5-en-1 beta,3 beta,21,23,24-pentaol-1-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 -> 3)-[O-alpha a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -> 2)]-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (2) on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. In addition, cytotoxic activity toward HepG2 cell line was tested by the MTT method, and compound 2 showed strong cytotoxicity to the HepG2 cell (IC50 0.499 mu mol L-1).
