摘要
As a typical thin-walled concrete structure, the sluice pier, the dimension of its length is much larger than that of the thickness, and without the construction joints, the temperature control and cracking prevention in such engineering is difficult. Considering the factors of surface insulation, internal cooling, the strength of the foundation, environmental climate, the basic theories of temperature field and stress field of concrete, a 3D FEM model is used to calculate and simulate the construction process for a large sluice pier. According to the temperature filed and creep stress field results reasonable temperature control measures are presented for reference in its construction. This method should have great reference signification to similar concrete projects in the future.
