摘要
Inter-firm knowledge transfer is beneficial to resource acquisition and competence development, and thus performance improvement. The paper proposes an empirical model of the correlation of knowledge tacitness, firm bargaining power, and firm performance improvement, and collects data for variables through questionnaires in knowledge-intensive firms in Northeast China. Hypotheses are then tested with Structural Equation Model (SEM).
