摘要
We demonstrate a miniature multi-level optical switch element based on a 1x1 multimode interferometer (MMI) loaded with a 0.5-mu m-long Ge2Sb2Te5 strip. Six-level dynamic switching is successfully demonstrated with a maximum transmission change of 150%.
