摘要
In this paper authors investigate the level of labor and land productivity and competitiveness of Serbian agriculture. Based on the study results, the authors conclude that labor and land productivity as well as competitiveness is very low in agriculture of Serbia in comparison with other EU countries. Comparing these indicators with the countries of CEFTA group, Serbia has a certain advantage. Finally, the authors conclude that due to the early implementation of the Interim Trade Agreement between Serbia and the European Union it is necessary to raise productivity and competitiveness permanently, which is more and more necessary in the process of globalization of economy and trade liberalization.
