摘要：

paper tries to provide the solutions for the challenges of higher education in the context of cultural diversity. In the process of acculturation, international students will face up with diverse challenges. Therefore, it is worthwhile exploring about how to teach and learn effectively, especially when learners are of different learning style preferences. The solutions based upon culturally responsive teaching are under discussion to meet the needs of higher education in the 21st century.
