摘要：
Information technology is playing more vital roles as service businesses increasingly dominate the world's economy. Computer science, which has evolved over the past 50 years, faces new opportunities and challenges to solve critical problems in services science. This presentation discusses these opportunities and challenges from a computer scientist's point of view.
