摘要
The application of ceramic material are ceramic composite target such as ceramic/steel, ceramic/composite and multilayer ceramic structure, and it's necessary to study anti-penetration process of ceramic composite target. Numerical simulation of anti-penetration process of typical ceramic composite target be carried out using finite element programme of AUTODYN. Johnson-Holmquist ceramic model(JH2) be used to describe dynamic mechanical behaviours and damage constitutive of ceramic material, and penetration depth and corresponding time has been get. Anti-penetration experiment research of ceramic composite target by shaped charge jet be developed based on DOP(Depth of Penetration) method. The results show that ceramic target has high protective performance than medium carbon steel. ne main factor protection ability to high velocity jet is the strength of ceramics, and that of low velocity is the ceramics density. Multilayer ceramic composite attenuated plastic/elastic wave, and destroy effect and protection ability of ceramic composite target are improved. Numerical simulation results agree well with the results form the corresponding experiments, and it has high value to consult for armour protection designer.
