摘要
The priority of the social inclusion programs carried out by the country are identified as one of the main challenges of current and future generations. An inclusive culture will generate equity, justice, and will contribute to legitimize the democratic and peace projection of the nation. Public policies, the intentional action of organizations, governmental or not, is an important impetus for this change, however, young people who are trained in universities can become direct protagonists of this change. The experiences developed in the Bachelor of Education, Pedagogical Psychology specialty at the University of Cienfuegos, confirm the possibilities of making university student leadership a priority to promote inclusion. In order to identify the methodological guidelines to specify the training of student leaders of social inclusion, a process of systematization of the experiences developed between 2018 and 2020 was developed. The description of the process that was followed and the result that is presented as lessons learned form the basis for presenting the methodological guidelines for new projects oriented to this end.
