摘要:
This paper introduces the measure of the stress-strain on the surface by dividing grid method during manufacture of internal helical gear by cold extrusion. Here are shown results of experimental researches at different stages of introduction of a punch at formation by extrusion of screw element on the internal surface of cylindrical space. And also gives the all magnitudes the stress-strain and its change law in deformation zone, and point out dangerous zone in which may be destroy.
