摘要：

The necessary and sufficient conditions for the semidirects and the wreath products of semigroups S and T to be right Clifford quasi-regular semigroups are given, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the semidirects and the wreath products of semigroups S and T to be right Clifford semigroups are given as two corollaries.
