A solid-state 17O NMR study of β-glycine:: High sensitivity of 17O NMR parameters to hydrogen-bonding interactions

摘要
We will present a solid-state O-17 NMR study of beta-glycine and demonstrate that O-17 NMR parameters are highly sensitive to the local molecular structures, in particular, hydrogen-bond environments, indicating that, potentially, solid-state O-17 NMR is a powerful tool for investigating the polymorphs of drugs.
