摘要
Cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is a prime approach of international direct investment for multinational companies. Based on the necessity analysis of government regulations on cross-bo'rder M & A activity and comparative analysis of cross-border M & A regulations in the developed countries, brings into some proposals of improving China!s cross-border M &A regulation system.
