摘要：

Our in vitro and in vivo examinations show that it is basically possible to determine coronary blood flow non-invasively by Computed X-ray Tomography (CT). CT thus might be an approach to asses the presence or absence of coronary artery disease additionally to the visualization of vessel morphology given by CT-coronary angiography. However, further experiments and patient examinations are necessary in order to optimize the data acquisiton and image reconstruction parameters and to validate the CT-informations on disturbed coronary blood flow.
