摘要：
A theory of reversible flocculation in dilute monodisperse emulsions together with an intradoublet coalescence is proposed and compared with experimental data obtained through video enhanced microscopy. The averaged values of the coalescence time and the doublet disintegration time are obtained by means of this method. The difficulty caused by time variation in the toluene droplet electrokinetic potential is discussed. The perspective to improve both theory and experiment is discussed as well.
