摘要
A tracker powering scheme based on DC-DC converters close to the detector modules can supply more power through thinner cables. This will allow to satisfy the increased power demands of tracking systems at the SLHC. This article describes the development of DC-DC converters for upgrades of the CMS pixel and tracking systems and addresses system integration issues. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
