摘要
A preliminary within-subjects MRI study of seven patients with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder revealed that, compared to remission, depression was associated with gray matter density increases in subgenual prefrontal cortex, parahippocampal gyrus, and inferior temporal gyri. Decreases were observed in superior and inferior frontal gyri and anterior cingulate. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
