摘要：

Rectangular microtubes and microrods are obtained using a slow solvent-evaporation method that induces the self-assembly of cationic diphenylalanine peptide (CDP). The microrods and microtubes have similar structures, but the microrods are single-crystalline. The microrods can be made fluorescent, revealing evident optical waveguiding properties. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
