Model prediction of stress-strain behavior on cohesionless soil

摘要
This compares the observed stress-strain behavior of cohesionless soil with those predicted from constitute models, such as the Cam-clay model (Roscoe, 1963), the modified Cam-clay model (Roscoe, 1968). the Miura modified Can-clay model (Miura, 1982), and the Cap model (Baladi, 1979). The prediction of the relationship between the stress ratio, eta(q'/p') and volumetric strain ratio epsilon(v)/p(c)' under cyclic loading for Cap model is more accurately than the other three constitute models. The proposed curve equation is expressed in this paper.
