摘要
As mobile communication systems have evolved to 3G, 4G, and 5G, service requirements have also evolved. 5G has been standardizing various service scenarios by classifying them into eMBB, URLLC, and mMTC. In this paper, 6G service requirements, which have not yet been standardized, are classified into ultra broadband, ultra high reliable and low latency types. The challenging issues of Sub-Thz band required to implement 6G service are also discussed. Solutions that can overcome difficulties, such as Ultra Dense Network (UDN) and Multi-Radio Multi-Connectivity (MR-MC) have been discussed especially at the network level.
