An attempt to understand the process in psychoanalytic individual psychology

Concepts of the psychoanalytic process have a long history and considerations of the process can be found in all psychoanalytic traditions of thought. The present work presents an integrative narrative from the many heterogeneous approaches and should allow the individual analyst in practice to extract a clinically useful process model to locate his or her own work within its frame. Likewise, this overview should also provide some basic terms and theories about the process for psychoanalytic-individual-psychology group supervisions or clinical-casuistic case seminars, in order to contribute to understanding of the process by means of a common terminology.
