摘要
The engineering project quality refers to the ability of satisfying the synthetical requirement for the project quality characters in the national present related law, regulations, the technical standard, the designing documents and the project contract. It includes engineering construction quality in each stage and its corresponding work quality. [1] The fit and unfit quality of construction quality is directly related to people's life and property safety and the social public benefits. Especially after the construction is already in use, the owner, occupier and or the user usually do not possess the specialized knowledge and ability to maintain the project, therefore, it is extremely essential to establish one set of perfect architectural engineering quality maintenance system, and make clear the main body of quality guarantee and the deadline and manner of undertaking the maintenance responsibility. The article analyzes the evolution of quality maintenance system, and points out the existing legislative defects of the maintenance system in our country, such as the theoretical flaws, operational difficulty, potency conflicts, and the technological confusion. It considers the implementation of project quality insurance as an effective mode to solve this problem.
