摘要:
This paper highlights some of the recent developments in our lab, where we are developing microfluidic and optical methods for the generation and manipulation of single picoliter and fermoliter-volume aqueous droplets. These droplets can be used for a wide range of applications, such as to confine spatially single-molecule reactions for single-organelle and single-cell studies.
