摘要
For renewable energy generations, current ripples should be small to maximize generated energy and lifetime of energy sources. Thereby, boost integrated converters have been researched for reducing current ripples. However, the conventional converters have low power density due to a large inductor. In addition, large conduction losses in diode and switching losses occur, which causes low efficiency. Therefore, to solve the aforementioned problems, a new resonant DC/DC converter is proposed in this paper. The proposed converter has a new structure with a coupled inductor. With a new structure, it has small current ripples so that it can be designed with small inductor. In addition, a diode can he eliminated and zero-voltage switching can be achieved. As a result, the proposed converter has higher power density and efficiency. The effectiveness of the proposed converter is verified with specification of 200W solar power generation.
