摘要：

In this paper, the thought of establishing the early warning knowledge management system of the enterprise crisis is proposed, and cluster analysis method is used to distinguish the early warning characteristic knowledge of enterprise crisis. First, the crisis texts are preprocessed based on the crisis information word-base. Then the crisis texts are clustered by using the K-means cluster method. And the new formed crisis text belongs to a classified class. The class handling opinion is taken as the advisory opinion when the new crisis is handled. By the early warning characteristic knowledge, the department of enterprise crisis management may be assisted to handle the new enterprise crisis quickly and accurately.
