摘要：

Non-carious, pathological loss of tooth tissue is an increasing problem for the dental profession and the effect of voluntary regurgitation practised by patients with psychological problems is well documented. However, this article describes a patient who repeatedly regurgitated, not because of psychological problems, but to control his body weight as a consequence of his occupation as a horse jockey.
