摘要
The surface of p-tricalcium phosphate ceramics (P-TCP) was modified by exposing ceramic disks to a silane coupling agent for different periods of time. The number of organic groups introduced was determined as a function of exposure time. These results suggest that zeta potential, cell adhesion and growth, and adsorbed protein concentration can carefully be controlled by silane treatment.
