Effect of removing sugar beet fine pulp during raw juice purification

摘要
A set of experiments carried out in sugar mills in Krasiniec sugar factory of Torun Group Nordzucker showed that the removal pulp from raw juice resulted in a considerable decrease of colour levels in both thin and thick juice and a decrease of the content of lime salts. The results demonstrate that removal of beet pulp from raw juice considerably improved the parameters of thin juice.
