Case. A 57 year-old-man presented with a maxillary tumor which proved to be an adenocarcinoma. The prostate was hard and PSA were high. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. Evolution was fatal despite a medico-surgical treatment. Discussion.
