摘要
Novel 2D/2D CdS/g-C3N4 heterojunction was prepared successfully simply by in-situ hydrothermal process assisted with microwave. The effect of g-C3N4 incorporation ratio on the photocatalytic activity of the composites was discussed. The physical and optical properties of the samples were characterized in detail. CdS/g-C3N4-50 wt% showed the best MO degradation efficiency, which was more than 5 times higher than pure g-C3N4. The intimate contact surface from the formation of 2D/2D CdS/g-C3N4 heterojunction improved the separation ratio of photo-induced electron-hole pairs under visible-light illumination. This study provides a new way for constructing efficient 2D/2D photocatalysts for more applications in photocatalytic area. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
