摘要
A large millimetre crystal of iron phosphate was synthesized in hydrothermal condition and characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM and DSC techniques. The SEM images show that the single crystals are homogeneous in crystal size and shape, and show a good crystalline performance. The size of crystals is about 1.0x0.7x0.1mm(3). It has potential application in magnetic and optics field.
